    Ingredients:
  • 16 T (2 sticks) Sweet Butter
  • 2 3/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Eggs ( Beaten )
  • 2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 T Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt
  • 2 Cups Sour Cream
  • 1 T Vanilla
  • 2 Cups Pecans (chopped)
  • 1 T Cinnamon
Cream butter and 2cups of sugar. Add eggs, blend well, then sour cream and vanilla.
Sift flour, baking powder, and salt.
Fold dry ingredients into creamed mixture and beat until just blended. Do Not Overbeat!
Pour into 10" greased and floured Bundt Pan. Bake in 350 Deg. Oven for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.



Baked Apple

Large baking apple
1 tsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Dash nutmeg
1 tsp. butter
Peel and core apple. Place on Apple Baker. Combine ingredients and place over apple. Microwave on High for 4 minutes or bake in oven in a 350 degree oven for 10 minutes or until apple is tender.

Easy Bake / Easy Serve Apple Baker

    Ingredients:
  • 2 T minced shallots
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tbs nutmeg
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 T butter
  • 1/8 tbs pepper
  • 1/2 cup ricotta
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup Swiss cheese
  • 9 inch pastry shell, partially baked
  • 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach,
    cooked and drained.
Vegetable Quiche

Saute shallots, mushrooms, and spinach until the water evaporates. Remove from heat and add salt, pepper, nutmeg, and ricotta. Beat eggs and cream. stir in spinach mixture, and add Swiss cheese. Pour into Pie Plate pastry shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Makes 6 servings

Wine Chiller

Place your empty Wine Chiller in the freezer for at least 0ne hour before using. Place chilled wine bottle in chiller and serve. The wine will remain cold throughout the dinner. The wine chiller may also be used as a vase, or utensil jar.

    Ingredients:
  • 2 T Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Flour
  • 2 cups whole milk + 1/2 cup Half and Half
  • 1 tsp. Cayenne pepper
  • 1tsp. White pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 C Sharp Cheddar cheese (save 1/2 C for topping)
  • 12 Oz. Tortellini (cooked and drained)
Make a roux. Cook butter and flour in sauce pan (stir continuously) for a few minutes,and gradually add milk and half and half until it thickens.
Remove from heat and add seasonings, and cool slightly. Gradually stir in cheese, saving 1/2 cup for topping. Add tortellini and stir until completely mixed, then pour into buttered Casserole Dish. Top with reserved cheese
Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 45 min. to an hour.
